a family tradition that dates back to when Mama Roy worked on her mother’s
dairy farm and delivered products, carrying them on her head, throughout
the community for many years.
Mama Roy's Creole Kitchen was
founded in 2000 to provide specialty boutique style
cooking services for host of small intimate affairs and family gatherings.
To create an experience of
authentic Creole Southern style cooking, using the rich legacy from five
generations of recipes that capture the essence and vitality of New Orleans.
Mama Roy’s Creole Eggnog is
a closely held family treasure that has been enjoyed by more than five
generation of her descendants.
